Excellent: Previously worn or used with no notable flaws
Good: Previously worn or used with noted minor flaws, wearable as is
Production
All orders are sent out within one to three business days from the date of which
the order was placed. Please allow up to 10 business days for customized designs
to be produced.
Changes To Orders
All orders are processed 24 hours from the time they are placed.
For order change requests, send an email to
sales@phbyphillia.com. Past 24 hours,
request for order changes cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email sales@phbyphillia.com
within 24 hours after placing the order.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express).
Shipping
We ship all of our products through USPS or UPS.
Returns and Exchanges
We encourage our customers to check the order before placing it. Returns
and exchanges can only be made if the incorrect product was sent or the product
is defective. Returns and exchanges cannot be made for color or size discrepancies,
worn, or washed. All items must be returned in its original form and in original
packaging for a full refund less the shipping. All returns and exchanges must be
made within 30 days from shipment date. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
